Warrnambool Campus, Deakin
With a student population of only a thousand, the Warrnambool campus is proud of its close student-staff relationship. The campus is located alongside the Hopkins River, allowing it the privilege of proximity to beaches and tourist spots. Its location also made it favorable as a location for studies in marine and freshwater biology. Apart from these two, the Warrnambool also offers courses on management, environment, law and nursing, among others.
On-campus housing is provided for 242 students of the Warrnambool campus. Residents are provided two meals per week and single bedrooms. Communal living areas, shared bathrooms as well as kitchen and laundry areas are also made available.

With a population of 34,000, this regional city is situated in the south-western coast of Victoria. The city is famous for its annual event, the children’s festival Fun4Kids. Warrnambool values its culture as exemplified by the profusion of museums and memorials around the city. One may also spend his time in the city’s various sporting facilities. It has a number of racing clubs and also holds the Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic, a race which attracts Australian and international drivers alike.
